The sale was made simple by our wonderful realtor. She was very attentive to our needs and helpful along the process. We would definitely recommend her to friends and family. Allison was really great at getting us showings right when houses were being posted. She was able to find us our dream home within a few weeks. Very nice and easy to work with. She made buying and selling a home a senseless process with ease. We enjoyed working with Allison and will continue to for any of our real estate needs in the future. She is excellent with communication and negotiation talks. She had no problems walking around rural properties in the middle of winter in six inches of snow so we could better evaluate the acreage. This was something I wouldn't have expected out of many realtors in the industry. She was willing to get some dirt on her hands to make the sale and we appreciate her for that. She also was willing to stick up for us when the need arose and integrity is tough to come by these days.
